(as a service user),

I have just completed an anxiety management group at Liscarney Day Hospital, Sligo, and found the experience of immense help. The tutorials were cleverly designed with complex concepts unwrapped by Ellen and Amanda to render them understandable and accessible for all participants. I commend all involved and thank them for sharing their experience and knowledge which has made a great difference to my understanding of things and how best to manage difficult moments.

I'm delighted you found the group helpful and that the information shared allowed both understanding and benefited you personally in your management of "those difficult moments".

All the multidisciplinary team members participate in the development and facilitation of the therapeutic groups that occur at Liscarney House. I'm grateful to you for highlighting the group facilitators (Amanda and Ellen) who indeed are very skilled communicators, with a great way of making the difficult and complex seem achievable.
